Down Webcast

Regarding the Down webcast tonight i have a few questions if you lovely people would be kind enough to answer i shall post even less!
1. What time is 9PM CT in England?
2. On the website, tipitinas, it has the webcast listed, however, it has 25$ above it. Im very stupid and have never attempted to catch a webcast before, does this mean the webcast is 25$ or is that little sign for actual tickets therefore making the webcast free?
3. Is there any way i can record this on windows media player?

There are ways to record it. I had a recording program for RealPlayer a while ago, but I don't know what happened to that program. I'm hoping someone cool like Mael will take care of this for me.
