Ahhh the Heavy Head Theory, now this is a project that I've been working on since I was 16 years old. I'm now 27 and happily married but I've had enough experience in this department to last a life time. The Heavy Head Theory is a simple theory in theory, mind you in theory. You might have to break down all of what you previously thought about the oppisite sex, for others you might have broken down already from lonliness.
