I think it'd be a shame...

if Rex didn't continue playing music. The guy is so talented and I never really realized it while he was in Pantera. He wrote the song Lifesblood on the new Crowbar album and played acoustic guitars and keyboards on it. The song is absolutely amazing. Totally blew me away. Plus, his bass on the album crushes.

He should do a solo album. I think he's more than capable of creating something incredible.

rex is an awesome musician. He played keyboards in down on Stained Glass Cross, or whatever that song was. Fucking awesome, I might add. :tup:

Apparently there was an acoustic down album and dvd recorded but Phil wouldn't let Elektra release it and Elektra won't hand it over. Man, an acoustic Down set.....*drools* :shock: :D Thats also the case with the 4th Pantera home movie. :no:
