first of all, dark tranquiLLity spell their name with two L's, not one. dark tranquillity is one of the most amazing bands EVER. i would kill you to see them live. and you are seeing them live. think about that.

this was my first encounter with the band, i'd never heard their stuff, so i was listening with an open mind,<THe_FeAR> wrote:Dark Tranquillity own both those bands.

i cant think of a gayer frontman, (and ive even had the miss fortune of seeing turbonegro, everytime i die and metallica live)
their lead guitarist was the sloppiest guitarist ive ever seen, the keyboard samples were embarrasingly dreadfull, not to mention the lard that was just sitting down controlling them while eating a sandwich.
every song started off with a growling introduction, a fast count in on drums and no crowd reaction.

Saw that show in Slovenia couple of days ago...
Hatesphere did a nice job... Dark Tranquilliry were even better... Chimaira were ok... Funny thing is, when chimaira came on stage, everyone in the crowd went for a drink/piss...

man i saw the same line-up.. hate sphere opened, and i was mildy amused. then Dark Tranquility came on and it was good, but the keyboard ruined it. the singer has the gayest mannerisms. Then Chimaira came on and it just made you forget what was on before.

Missed Hatesphere, heard they were pish. Saw Dark Tran... Were ok to start but got totally boring.
