Something on my mind...

I try to lose the sadness driving me insane
Nothing seems to matter anymore
Can you hear me, my voice calling
Calling to you though so far away
Can't hide the tears that are falling
Dry my eyes and erase all this pain...
I can't believe you're gone, anyway- sorry it took so long for me to get here, life's a mess sometimes. When I picked up my first guitar after the concert in 2001 Oklahoma City Myriad seeing you play live I swore if I could be half the guitarist you were I'd be doing more than I expected myself capable of doing. Sometimes I wonder if anyone has a grasp on music the way Pantera did that night- does anyone write good guitar solos anymore? It's a part of my childhood that was stripped from me, I grew up on this sh*t...
