i just don't see how anyone could play finger style w/those claw picks, they seem to be more of a hinderance than an asset, but some are quite proficient finger pickers w/them damn plectrum fingernail extensionsPflöyd wrote:It's fucking hard. I was in a similar dilemma when I got my tele, the shop had two - one sunburst and one black, both with chream binding and they were both sexy as fuck. I went with the sunburst in the end but I really wanted them both, the black one looked so fucking cool too

Blue's probably a tad more original. And those inlays are so cool.

Man I seriously can't decide between the sunburst or blue. The inlays look incredible on the blue one in particular, but that sunburst with the flamed maple top looks like sex. Fuck it, get em both.

Anyway, I think my next purchase will be a BBE sonic maximizer.
I'm pretty content gear-wise and can't drop money on another guitar. Not that I really need to. Maybe in the future get another 7 string with a Floyd on it.

Sunburst anything you really can't go wrong with, but that one in particular is amazing. I wasn't sure how well the gold hardware and pearl inlays sat with my eye though, being that the inlays are SO standout. I honestly think the blue/silver matches better with the inlays, but as far as finish goes the sunburst does look better just by default of sunburst. I also really love the way the bevels/recessions follow the black, and the long planes are sunburst.
