I'm thinking about getting a new axe and this particular model has excited me somewhat...

its a Schecter 006 Blackjack with fitted seymour duncans.

its $549 or £280. anybody played one or know anybody who has one?

You might also want to consider something in the Ibanez SZ series? They tend to come with stock pickups though.

I finally decided to buy the c-7 hellraiser a while ago..I like it. was odd getting use to the neck from a 6 string.

hey make nice guitars. I played a hellraiser a few months ago and it was tits. Warhead Dime owns a C7 and loves it.

Fact! It's a pretty cool guitar. It's a fairly small body so you end up having to put a little bit more bass in the EQ of your amp, but it has good tone. It sounds great clean and has a really smooth feel. Only thing you'd need to get used to would be how big the frets and neck are.
