Whoever did it, did a great job of tracing.
Now don't flame me because I'm not giving credit where credit is due.
It looks good, but it doesn't take much skill to trace over that
greyscale photo we've all seen, it just takes some patience and a
decent eye for reproduction.

Please don't think I'm just shooting down every piece, I'd just really
like to see someone come up with a good original piece.
