i thought breed like rats was pretty killer. when it comes to thrash not much bothers me as far as vocals go. i dig vio-lence's vocalist, not my favorite style but it doesn't bother me. Steve Souza on the other hand does. they don't need to rhyme, as long as there's a loose rhythm and the vocalist isn't crying and complaining, it's cool with me

Steve Souza is the worst vocalist in thrash. I like his exodus stuff but fuck...he is terrible. rob dukes is much better. He may get a little monotonous but it is still better than Souza.

i highly recommend this to fans of melo death or nightrage. This is their fourth release and their second without tompa on vocals. Unlike the previous, this one is actually good and I think is a great fusion of the classic gothenburg sound and the more modern approach of today's bands. Even without tompa this band still has something to prove. the vocals sounds similar to him anyway.

DD are worth checking out. Pretty mainstream but they have some good songs here and there. I haven't heard their latest.

EDIT: The songs are low qual, but the songs that were leaked on the single, like flag in the ground, are higher quality, so....this is a VBR rip I guess? Just not one up to par for most, but still, I get to hear it, so I'm happy.

EDIT 2: Found this link too, seems same quality, just not as many pops/stutters. Hey, I'm trying at least.

That Kingdom of Sorrow album I posted is absolutely killer, nice and fucking sludgy, Jamey and Kirk trading off vocals adds some sick atmosphere to the songs. Some of them even have a Hatebreed-ish type feel to them...Fucking sick stuff, check it out guys.
