nah, it's pretty dry at the moment. there's nothing major on my "to download" list. Alice in Chains is the biggest thing that's coming up next, and that's in september. |
Nooooo no no the biggest thing to come, also in september is Insomnium's Across the Dark!!
I found this thread a few days ago and I've downloaded tens of albums from here, but haven't yet contributed anything as I haven't come across something it wouldn't already have.
But now I did.
After Drudkh's and Deströyer 666's new albums, this is the album of the year:
Band: Arckanum
Album: ÞÞÞÞÞÞÞÞÞÞÞ
Chaos-Gnostic Black Metal from Sweden
1. Þórhati - 03:59
2. Þann Svartís - 04:06
3. Þyrpas Ulfar - 05:36
4. Þursvitnir - 05:49
5. Þyrstr - 01:33
6. Þjóbaugvittr - 04:45
7. Þjazagaldr - 04:54
8. Þá Kómu Niflstormum - 07:47

Agreed. Burton's prolly doing this because his band's doing jack shit. All the other members released actual albums recently, he's prolly just putting his thumb up his ass, got the offer to cameo in this and was like "welp, gotta do somethin."
Even so, prolly better a cameo in this assumed-to-be-crappy album than to release another Ascension of the Watchers album, at least from what I remember hearing of them. |

I know this is kind of funny, but I'm actually eagerly awaiting the Dethalbum II. I really liked the riffing on the first one, and I thought it should probably leak anytime now, since the recording is done.
"Bloodlines" (Song from "Dethcarraldo")
"The Gears" (Song from "Dethsources")
"Burn the Earth" (Song from "Dethvengeance")
"Laser Canon Deth Sentence" (Song from "Dethecution")
"Black Fire Upon Us" (Song from "Dethrelease," AKA "Black Fire Upon Us")
"Deth Support" (Song from "The Revengencers," AKA "Sicklok")
"The Cyborg Slayers"
"I Tamper with the Evidence at the Murder Site of Odin" (Song from "Dethlessons")
"Murmaider II: The Water God"
"Comet Song" (Song from "P.R. Klok")
"Symmetry" (Song from "Dethfashion")
"Volcano" (Song from "Dethdoubles")
Only 12 tracks this time, maybe they'll be a bit longer. Comes Out In September, perhaps we'll see the leak in August. |
