This is the most amazing collection I've ever seen, there's everything I could possibly want and you all deserve massive amounts of congratulations for finding this material and putting it together in a format that's so easy to read. One thing I am missing however is the album artwork for "In Search Of The". At the moment I'm using an image I've drawn myself on Photoshop but I've seen the image of a collection here in this topic and the actual hand-drawn album art is there, with different drawings for each cover as it is presented in the collection. Does anyone know where I can find these? Thanks again guys. |

this is what i could find after a quick search:
i remember when i was doing intense searches for buckethead's albums i came upon one or two fan sites where people showed off their "in search of the" covers. ofcourse i can't remember exactly what those sites were. so start searching fan sites if you need the covers that bad. |

I'm willing to trawl some fan-sites, but what do you think are the most popular? Those that I know of don't really have dedicated art sections, unless by fan-sites you mean discussion forums. |

I scanned my own to use in iTunes. I can upload them if you like, but because I have the hand drawn ones they're all like the first picture. #9 on each set was different though, mine is a giant Buckethead.
The non-handdrawn ones had an image for each one but other than that^ picture I've never seen all of those. |

If you could upload the images you have for iTunes, that would be great, thank you. Yours was the image I saw actually that made me think "shit, mine are crap". This is the image I use:
Do feel free to use it.
EDIT: I also have a DCK cover that I made because I'm so anal over organization in iTunes. Seriously, if an album doesn't have a cover I use an image that says "no cover available" on it. I have problems. Anyway, here it is.

I made the exact same DCK cover!
He's scans of my ISOT set. They're only 200x200 though but that should be enough for iTunes I think? They best be, I scanned them when I first got them and don't have the original resolutions anymore.

It really depends what sort of music you're looking for, it varies so much.
The only album with vocals is Enter The Chicken, but my favourites are probably Crime Slunk Scene or Peppers Ghost. |

The first Buckethead album I ever got was Elephant Man's Alarm Clock and I found it amazing. It was certainly a great album to start with in my books. And thanks for the ISOT scans, really helps me out a lot. |

My BH-mania started a few years ago with the album "Colma".
It's acoustic guitar, mostly with delay, accompanied by drums.
Instant fandom. |

I present to you: Brian Carroll before he was Buckethead !!!
No shit, dead serious! It is 100% - i repeat: 100% - him!
In 1987 (he was 19 years old) Brian played as lead guitarist in a band called: ClassX
( Yeah I know, even some photos of BigFoot have better quality )
Here you can download 8 small videoclips of a ClassX gig, optimized for watching on the iPhone.
Filesize = 31 MB, hosted on RapidShare.com, link protected with linksave:
And here you've got 9 mp3s (8 from the videos above, +1 extra) in 128 kbit quality.
Filesize = 13 MB, hosted on RapidShare.com, link protected with linksave:
ENJOY!!!
@ Armin's Frozen Peas: Just found this Death Cube K album called: Monolith (2007) link:

Thank you very much for the Monolith and ARDITR share, really appreciated, especially because I've been hunting the former for months.
EDIT: This may be pushing it but I'd really love some artwork for Monolith thrown together for my iTunes. As I've mentioned before I'm really anal about artwork and I'd hate to have something like this go without album artwork. I know it's a very basic design but the only images I've seen of it are the traditional "5 discs lined up together" image. Can anyone help me please? |

I just use this, since it's basically what the cover is anyway.
What sort of thing were you thinking of? |

It looked like a brown leather cover to me, but I see it's just a black square. I ended up cropping a leather texture I found on Google to fit, but that black square works better. Thanks a lot!
Also, after listening to ARDITR a few times, it feels very familiar and like I almost know what's coming. Anyone else feel this is a great, wholesome, level record? |

@ Armin's ... :
Holy crap, yet another new Buckethead album!?!
AWESOME, thanks for sharing.
Btw: Sorry to be off-topic but I am new to this iTunes stuff (got an iPhone lately).
How do I add covers to albums that iTunes doesn't load automatically?
And what is the preferred resolution of the covers to add?
Please let me know, hope any1 can help. |

Say you have an album you want to apply artwork to. Select the entire album by holding shift and click from the top to the bottom of the list. Right click, then click "get info". Double click the area where album artwork is displayed (you can't miss it) and simply look for the artwork in your My Pictures file. If you need further help, just ask and I'll explain further. |

You think?
Secret Receipe sure isn't bad - but I for my part have definitely watched the BH in the basement (love the way BH is improvising on the piano) & in the backyard clips more often by now. |

Bad news: The Buckethead special edition DVD of Flesh For The Beast has been removed from pretty much everywhere, it doesn't seem like it's coming out anymore.
Good news: Forensic Follies, new tour exclusive album, out now. |

Downloaded. This rules. It's more Fantomas-ish stuff out of Patton, more noise-oriented. |

Does anyone have a link to Buckethead's latest offering, Forensic Follies yet?
EDIT: Got it, enjoy.
| Code: |
Just seen this excerpt from Wikipedia:
This album consists mainly of guitar playing over backing tracks from previous albums, e.g. "Slunk Shrine" uses the drum track from "Gigan" off the album The Elephant Man's Alarm Clock, while other songs feature sounds from Buckethead's album Slaughterhouse on the Prairie.
I do hope this doesn't mean this is going to be a recurring theme for Buck. I love his original work and I prefer it as such. I'm not disappointed with this album though. |

Not a problem, happy to share. I do have to say I'm quite disappointed with it; every track seems like a rehash of previous tracks, particularly from Albino Slug and Slaughterhouse On The Prairie. If you listen to Splinter In A Slunk's Eye, you can pick out sizable chunks of Symmetrical Slug and Siege Engine, though that may be the entire point of Forensic Follies.
I'm still crossing my fingers for another ISOT-style collection and the eagerly awaited DCK release, Torn From Black Space, due this year. |

Been listening to Forensic Follies and Bolt On Neck a lot lately, and I'm really getting into the former, despite that being a chop-up of previously released songs. I think it's an art in itself, taking apart songs and rearranging them like that. |
