Soundproofing advice.

I just had a shed built to put my drums in and I need some ideas for soundproofing it. 12'x16' with an 11' ceiling at the highest point are the dimensions. I'm already putting in a buffer in between the wall and the studs. What kind of material (mineral wool, insulation, carpet, etc.) works the best for the least amount of money. Most of my neighbors are douchebags so I need more bang for the buck.
