pretty terrible line up. last years was a lot better.

I like the Paganfest part, the only part I went to last year. I would like to see Kiuas and I have seen DevilDriver once, they put on a good show so I wouldn't mind seeing them again. Hopefully they are on the same day, and the same with Novembers Doom.

I remember hearing about it last year, but I decided Minnesota was too far for me for bands that I just casually wanted to see.

I am going to the Paganfest part, that's the only part I went to last year. But if Kiuas and DevilDriver are playing on the same day I might go to that one too. I only like the second DevilDriver album really, but I know their live shows are great so in the Pearl Room for them would be fucking awesome. I am not going to 3 days of this shit though to see one tour and 2 other bands.

DevilDriver is the epitome of a mediocre metal band.

Not bad mind you, just as average and middle-of-the-road as you can get. They put on a decent enough live set - of generic metal. They are really nice dudes to hang out with though, and invited me (along with my buddy, Adolf Satan bassist and former Anal Cunt album artist Sean Linehan) onto the Clutch tourbus, which was good times (for a more-or-less-straight-edge nerd like me, anyway...they definitely AREN'T party animals, just warm conversationalists with the exception of Neil who is an aloof self-involved douchebag.
