Yeah, I'm on the Shels Music mailing list and got an email about 3 weeks ago announcing that they had just signed the band. Check out their myspace and was like  . Then the death email arrived a few days ago. Pretty shitty  I just hope he wasn't the main songwriter in terms of riffs etc because they have a new EP out soon that I think is already recorded but they are also doing a new album and this situation could definitely put that on hold. |

That new Chimaira is decent, though I wish they still had Kevin Talley, and a new lead singer. |

Talley never played on an album, Herrick is good, especially good enough for a Chimaira album. And Hunter is one of the essential parts of the ban, you throw him and Herrick out and you have a new band. |

Talley played on the self titled album. Now don't get me wrong Andols is great I just like Talley's sound, more death metal than metalcore. |

Oh yea he did play on that one, but they aren't a death metal band, they are metalcore. A damn good one too. |
