I'm diggin' the gold hardware. What kind of pickups are in it?
I've been thinking about getting a gold Vintage 59 and a P90-style pickup from Guitar Fetish for the Epiphone V I have . Kind of mold it into a Black Beauty V.

The builder was polishing the frets and wiring the hardware, just hasn't finished stringing it yet.

Maybe it's just the pictures not doing it justice. I really love the attributes but for whatever reason the whole is lesser than the sum of the parts for me. Can't really put my finger on it. But
anyway. Wish I could afford to do something like that.

I'm actually surprised no one has commented on the setup for the input jack.

It is something I wouldn't play, I still love the spalted maple though. Was it kind of based off a Ken Lawrence design?

What's the knob configuration (vol, tone, vol or vol, tone, tone)?

How long did it take him to build your guitar? It didn't seem like that long. Then again I wasn't the one waiting for that guitar to arrive at my doorstep.
Nice guys finish first.

Yeah, I had a Jackson Kelly at one time and while it played awesome, you could not play the thing worth a shit sitting down. It was just uncomfortable.

Patents are not as expensive as I had once thought them to be.
