Shit, you should have bought a Squier. Seems like I keep hearing that they are making some pretty good instruments for really low prices now.

I originally ordered the Epi Les Paul bass, it got great reviews, unfortuneatly it was back ordered until May 23rd, and the chick at Musicians Friend said they were all to fill other orders and that I "might" get mine late june/early july. So I decided to go with the LTD (blem) it was cheap ($80.00 less than retail) and available.

Im sorry but you are wrong, bass frequencies are lower than the ones on vocals, guitars etc... so are not that "audibles" but they are there, bass is more of a rhythm support instrument, if there is no bass songs would be a bright mess. play any of your favorite "metal" songs in you stereo and cut the bass on the eq all the way... you will know what i am talking abouthektik wrote:my point being bass in inaudible in metal music unless you're a band like Cynic, Atheist, Agorha, Spiral Architect, etc, etc.
No, just generic metal. That just happens to be most of it now.UNGODLIKE wrote:damn! there's been a lot of ignorant, metal hating faggots posting on this forum lately!
