High on Fire/A Life Once Lost/Saviours/Rwake tour!

Post by Ben »

Rwake isn't on all the dates, but since they're from Arkansas, they're playing the Memphis show. I'm fucking stoked, because whenever they come through by themselves it seems they always play on weekdays and they NEVER play before midnight (and rarely before 1 a.m.) I could give a shit less about ALOL, especially since they've hopped on the whole stoner metal bandwagon, but the other bands are all sweet.

HIGH ON FIRE has announced the second U.S. leg of its "Death Is This Communion World Tour". This five-week winter run will begin in mid-January and include support from A LIFE ONCE LOST and SAVIOURS. Also joining the tour on various dates will be guests RWAKE, INTRONAUT, ARCHONS, and more.

HIGH ON FIRE is currently out on their first North American run in support of "Death Is This Communion". A co-headlining European tour with PELICAN will follow beginning November 14.

"Death Is This Communion" was released in September and has received critical acclaim the world the over. The first music video for "Death Is This Communion" track "Rumors of War" can be viewed below.

 I meant for an established band(s) like they are. it's kind of pathetic that they are playing there, that place barely has a stage and not much else.
