I prefer digital delays like Korg.
My Korg SDD-2000 is the delay YJM still uses. It has a few cool features like Trig Overdub that locks onto the midi beat clock for accurate selection of delays to fit the tempo of your song. Tap tempo, echo on/off(this allows echos to trail off while you keep playing) plus it has long delays 4.3sec
Not true stereo though.

Analog vs. Digital vs. Tape = Meh. Give me digital any day.

What's the point in going stereo? It's not like the crowd is going to be like "whoa, listen to that amazing stereo chorus sound!!1"

That statement is so incredibly debatable it's not up for debate.

Racks can bring a myriad of cool tones. Mine consists of the following:

Furman PL Plus Power Conditioner

Behringer FCB1010 MIDI-Controller

Marshall JMP-1 Preamp

Rocktron Piranha Preamp

TC Electronic G-Major Effects Processor

Mesa Triaxis Preamp

Mesa 2:90 Poweramp

Other than the rack stuff I have an Engl Powerball, Carvin MTS 3200, and Ampeg SS140C. My guitars are a Jackson USA KV2T, Jackson USA KE-2, Ibanez JPM P1 Petrucci, Ibanez Universe, and Ibanez Roadstar. Fuck it, sorry to get off on a wild tangeant but I decided to post all my shit here anyways. :D

I was gonna get a VHT 2/90/2 but none of those bastards came for sale when I was looking for one so I went with the 2:90. The Deep and Modern give my JMP-1 the balls it needs.

Are they as good as their price suggests they must be?

Yes they are. They go on Ebay anywhere from $325-425 most of the time. THey are good if you want a processor that is transparent and will not color your amp's natural tone. The reverb, chorus, and delay effects are dominant.
