Yes! Fuck yeah, I've been talking to Sterling Winfield and he likes our tunes, and when we get a demo ready he wants us to send it to him.

However, I doubt moving to Texas will happen any time soon!

Sterling Winfield was Pantera/Damageplans producer. He did all the records from VDOP onward.

So it's a pretty big deal for me!

moving to texas costs money bro, and would be harder to move a band of 3 than to move a singer of 1 ;)

The amp is a fuckin raging monster! I can get any goddamn sound out of it, motherfucker spits hot fire! hahaha

The tunes on the myspace are recorded with other shit, I just got this amp after a year long wait for it to be built.

Mike makes some seriously insane shit, he brought out a full Metal amp called the NataS and it's the most insane 2 channel amp ever. the 5th and 6th channels on my amp are like this.

Anyhow it's fuckin amazing!

I agree! Just because I play the same guitars does not make me a Dime worshiper. I bought my first USA Dime Washburn in 1995 when they were released and was a fan a long time before that. But just because I play the guitars does not make me like the kids that popped up after he died wanting to know what kind of fuckin beard dye he used or how thick his socks were?

I play metal, if you want to say we are trying to sound like Pantera then good for you boy! but we have a ton of influences and they all come out in the music, sadly nothing sounds new today and we try our best.

They give me shit because I have 5 US fender P basses.
All set up different with different sound/tone/pickups....also 2 used for different tunings.
I get it...
My old guitar player has a bunch of old Washburn Dimes including an ST3 Stealth with the diamond plate top. There is pics on here of them on here way back if you care to go lookin.

Yeah, I actually use 3 different guitars in one song, because there are 3 special parts! it makes for a good live show though! you have me pegged!, so many special songs, and special parts!

use 2 different tunings Q natral and Z flat, so I have to have extra guitars on top of that!

We have one original song and a Pantera cover up, so based on that 50/50 Average then maybe we do sound like a Pantera Rip off.......except nowhere near as fuckin awesome.

And by the way, Old Cities do burn and New Cities shit hot goats, that was actually our first band name, but we want to have that pop easy access feel.

To the Dude who sings like Hanson Anselmo, Lady Jew Jew and Neil Diamond, too bad man, We are looking for more of a dude like The dude from Creed, Cindy Lauper and Tom hanks with aids combined..... but if thats all you can do I guess thats good enough.
