FYI man the "fee" has been dropped..and it was only to cover the cost for members patches..i have lifted the "fee" and the patch idea..the Society is open to anyone w/ appreciation for Dime and the muzic he produced..I'm still hain patches made for myself but if anyone ever wanted one i'd let them have the info to the company and they could buy a patch..people didnt stop and understand what the word "fee" meant..if you stop and notice, the "fee" was to cover the cost of a patch for members to wear it wasnt money that was going to me..that money would have been sent to me and then i woulda used a credit card to place and order for the patch, take the money and put it in the bank to cover the money i just took off my credit card, and have the patch sent to the member..the money wasnt for me but that whole idea has been officially lifted...

DBS wrote:trendkiller's talking shit. the real reason dime wore that necklace is because the razorblade is the internationally recognised symbol of the Association of Sadomasochist Southerners. Dimebag was an honorary patron of the society following his participation in the 1978 A.S.S 'brawl-for-all' in Houston, Texas. The event was Dimebag's first exposure to the heady heights of fame, after he dismembered the most gimps in the inaugural 'Cut the Cock' competition. Dimebag always strenuously denied any involvement with the association, but leaked videos that have surfaced online show him participating in lewd acts with amputees.

Dime's association with A.S.S appears frequently in popular culture. For example, 'Mach 3' was his safeword whilst partaking in S&M, and the popular men's grooming company Gillette cashed in on Dime's later success with rock band Pantera by releasing a razor line incorporating his famous catchphrase. The heavy metal band Judas Priest also reference Dime's legendary debauchery on their album 'British Steel.' The front cover depicts A.S.S's logo, the razor blade, and it is believed by many that homosexual frontman Rob Halford was an avid fan of Dime's work in his S&M days, with rampant rumours still circling that Halford 'bottomed' for Dime in a low budget pornographic film in the mid-80s.

hope that clears things up
