Is Killswitch Engage the new Pantera?

I personally feel as though they're heavier and more brutal, and write much better songs. Each member is more talented than anyone in Pantera ever was, and they will probably be remembered years from now, unlike Pantera. They will go down in history as a much better and more influential band.

If you disagree you're fucking wrong.

Actually, because of the internet and availability of home recording technology, it's probably true that Killswitch Engage will influence the style of more bands than Pantera.

I'm sorry, but you are just a fucking moron.... Killswitch, better than FUCKING PANTERA? Who are you? I can't believe anyone on this board would even come close to agreeing with that rediculous statement.

Pantera IS the most influental band on modern music, Killswitch might eventually take that over only because they have a super catchy, pop- metal sound. and if you disagree with that, then wow. I just might kill myself.

Pantera already had their chance to be as good as Killswitch. Maybe with their next album.

No Bass? It would finally be Rex's time to shine without Dime's fat ass in the way.

Because it's some overrated guitarist who can play Dime's shit, doing Dime's stage stances, wearing Dime's clothes? I mean what is it, fucking Halloween? And why the fuck is the bass player a fucking pencil neck and not dressed like Rex? Because it's not Halloween?
I bet Dimeposer has a boyfriend who dressed up like Rita.

cover bands are lame as fuck. especially cover bands where the members pretend to be the band they are covering. there's already too many Phil wannabes. nevermind that dime wannabe, all hunched over like his name is darrell. maybe someone will pull a nathan gale at his next concert. really get that shit down.
