It all depends on your criteria, there are a lot of factors that come into play regarding how good someone is.

For me, I'll just say 8/10 to 8.5/10.

in no order: Dime's riffs are more impressive than his technical skills. Thing about Dime is that he held back a lot for his solos. He just wanted to write stuff that fit with the overall feel of the song, and a lot of the time it was just cool ass licks and memorable parts. But one of the craziest...

I know a lot of people use that scale, I use that scale too. But you don't want to get yourself locked into one sound. Try other things. Nile's Egyptian-ness is cool and works for them, but I wouldn't recommend sticking with one particular sound/vibe. That gets old fast.

wierd how? Another word of advice. You tremolo pick fairly clean on the low strings but on the high strings you can hear to much of the "pick click" on the strings and it sounds like ass. Work on making it sound cleaner. Oh yeah and all of those riffs were in the same scale  Try some...

Those 2 Jacksons that you posted at the top of this thread are pretty horrible. The bolt on neck sucks and it's made out of shitty materials, floyd never stays in tune and is a crappy knockoff. Some floyd knockoffs actually are pretty good, but not that one.

Most of his lead writing on the latest album is unfocused in my opinion. But on his previous ones, especially Dead Heart in a Dead World, his soloing is very well written.
