It's true. Take Power Metal for example. This is clearly superior to anything the band produced in the 90's. While I admit that Cowboys and even Vulgar were decent, actually Cowboys was pretty good, FBD was only ok, it got old quickly, but then TGSTK was awful and RTS while different was ok I guess...
