My interface is essentially dummy-proof, and it's plugging into a Mac, which makes it 100x easier. But yeah, all the pads still need to be able to mix different or I'll just keep programming the drums on the MIDI controller. I know you can control levels for sure. I've never really seriously tried ...

My dad owns a yamaha one, it's not bad but it's not one of the roland ones. It's a little weird with the interface/brain but doesn't have that huge of a learning curve. Plugging in I don't think is all that complicated. Get a stereo 1/4" cable and it should go out from the brain and into your i...

Suicide By My Side shits all over anything COB's ever done, srsly. Some of the most memorable riffs and solos I've heard in metal, period. And it's by two guitarists who are currently in COB. How does that shit work?

I would imagine it just has a run-of-the-mill, on-board cylindrical fuse on the back panel. Check it. That's all I was suggesting. Typically when shit like this happens it turns out to be just the stupid simple shit like a blown fuse or a loose power cord or something ridiculous 90% of the time.

They suck. Here is the idea: Bass frequencies move slower through air than treble frequencies....The BBE is SUPPOSED to process the signal in such a way that all frequency(s) hit center cone at the same time. BBE Sonic Maximizer

So this thing pretty much rules. Only played on it a few minutes but the difference is definitely noticeable. It's a strange pedal/effect. As far as the "shape" of your tone or your overall tone color, nothing will change. However it will make your sound so much more articulate/sharp and j...
