Re: projects in the jungle
I stay far away from /mu/, i've never seen such uptight, pretentious, and laughable opinions in my life. With those kids, if the band was ever successful or has even a shred of "edge", its garbage to them. Just a bunch of androgynous fags. Nice website, thanks for the link. Im shocked that...

Re: projects in the jungle
hahaha thats just awful. Thats like the dumb kids who wrote on their old SNES games. Seen this one gore shot of Earthbound for SNES that had half of the sticker torn off and a big "PATRICK" written with a sharpie over top...baby jesus wept that day. That game goes for over 300 now, without...

Watched about a dozen videos of Michael Manring playing one of those. Sounds amazing. Those are almost as cool as a haarp guitar.Balls Of Steel wrote:Hyperbass

Re: projects in the jungle
Nice finds in there. At least since you're finding stuff in person its probably way more enjoyable than just scrolling up and down discogs all day like I do. The Mad Season reissue is really fucking good. Locomotive was a great addition. I can't remember what the other songs sounded like, other than...

Re: projects in the jungle
This pissed me off a little bit, my mom told me about this guy from work who had a garage sale and was trying to sell a bunch of records (mostly metal) that were rarely played, because nobody was buying them, he threw them all into the garbage. Wow. I would have been so mad about that. Why are...

Re: projects in the jungle
Thats really nice, man. I've got some pictures kicking around here somewhere. I'll post them when i'm not too lazy. Receiver is a Realistic 2000 SA, minimus 7 speakers, chuo denki ST110 turntable. Gets the job done. Picked up the Receiver off ebay for 100 bucks. Came with the AM/FM tuner and an equa...

I thought he had something wrong with his ankles or legs?
If he found religion, why can't he still play in a metal band and take all the satanism as tongue in cheek humor? Nobody takes that shit seriously. Its entertainment for crying out loud.

Re: projects in the jungle
I almost bought this on vinyl just for the novelty. Decided I didn't want a 100 dollar piece of shit in my collection though. Yeah that's way too much, I'm trying to find this on vinyl along with Anal Cunt, Infectious Grooves and Macabre: Jeffrey Dahmer. I could get them online buy people are askin...

Which Pantera album has stood the test of time the most
Even though the production of RTS was pretty shitty, I still feel like the sound is a cut above the production on the other albums and managed to sound more modern. Well, it is the most modern Pantera album so that probably goes without saying for fucks sake.
