i used to play the black plastic jazz III's but like you i discovered their way better brother the nylon jazz III's. i use yellow tortex picks for acoustic. i wish i could find a nylon yellow tortex. NYLON FTW

this is the greatest solid state distortion amp i have ever heard. the two distortion channels are modeled after mesa dual rectos. an impressive clean channel and a sweet classic rock sounding "crunch" setting. i bought a 15w cause i would never buy anything more than that for solid state...

Yeah, their tunings on a lot of albums are just off from actual pitch. the annoying thing is that tuning even changed from album to album. i was playing one just like that today. in the market for a new guitar and plan to spend around $1500. i'm thinking a real nice used PRS. only gripe is the extremely big chunk of wood towards the end of the neck.
