That's what I have in now. It's really good, takes getting used to. Riffs aren't close to Pantera style, but that was the point, right? Pat has a great voice, but when I saw the video on the CD, dude, if you didn't know Pantera was split you'd think they had gotten a new bassist and Phil had gotten ...

Learning to Play drums

I've got a five year old who is learning to play drums because he knows Vinnie Paul is a God among men, now, my husband plays guitar, we know nothing about drums!!!!!!!!!! What Pantera, or good metal song, would be a good one for my young drummer to learn first?

in the live version of 'Domination' when they do the riff solo, does Phil growl 'Dominate, dominate, dominate, dominate'? I'm the only person who seems to have heard this.......so, is it there? Or should I seek therapy?

I don't know about 'Hollow', but an old friend of mine was a DJ in TX so he knew the guys, benifts of the job, and he used to refuse to play "This Love" because he said it was a true story about what Phil did to a local chic and he hated to play the song because it bothered the chic.

Where are Dime and Vinnie really from?

If Dime and Vinnie are really from the Dallas area, home come Abilene, Texas claims them as 'home town heros'? The story goes, Dime and Vinnie are really from Merkle, a little podunk nothing utside of Abilene, and their Dad moved them to Dallas when they were in Jr. High. I'd love to know the truth ...

The only person responsible for Dime's death is the kid who pulled the trigger. Not Phil, not anyone. This guy had a vendeta against Pantera for years, if it hadn't been a Damageplan show it would have been a Pantera show. Phil killed Pantera, not Dime.

hell

there is a such place as hell. It's where we all were the second we heard the news, whether we were driving down the road, getting ready for work, or getting our kids ready for school, the moment we heard, that was hell.....
