Mesa cabs = overrated everything can be overated..especially when not set up correctly. True, but everyone thinks Mesas are the best amps/cabs/etc ever made, which is just not true. They're still extremely good...but best sounding amp is only based upon personal preference. I'm not a fanboy type of...

the cost for just the amp..and pedal was 1600$. (ebay) had it checked out already..it works great. Brand new they run for 1950$ just for the head and a 200 more for the pedal. Once I finish buying the shock mount amp/rack case and all the rack gear..will probably be around 3500 dollars. My peavey 51...

No, it's going great. Just got...another new drummer. we've got about 30 minutes of music made up..lol 4 songs. I've been using a college band instructor(who is our new drummers father) to help make up alot of orchestra/symphony type stuff. got all new flight cases for my cab..and one that's a amp/6...

I have the sonic maximizer in my rack..it doesn't make the biggest difference in tone..but it does tighten up the sound a little more. also like tk said it works as a 2 band eq on top of it..to where if you go from room to room playing..and your tone sounds different..you can quickly tweak it back t...
