dunlop jazz III picks :tup: , work amazingly for fast picking, lots of control. I tried them once and was hooked.

yeah, a full step down. Originally because we didn't have a bassist (so we tuned them down and set our rigs to crank out the most bass without sounding like shit). We have recently found a bassist, but are keeping the full step down tuning because standard tuning sounds empty to us.
