www.insaneguitar.com sweeps, shreds, rythym, alternate picking, etc. great site basically you just need time, patience and a metronome. i'm horrible at practicing with a metronome. i do it once in a blue moon. i need to do it more. it really does help Great. Sounds good. Snail slow in slo-mo then speed it up once you've nailed each note. Just keep it in key and you'll do even better than Kerry King.

Speed picking exercises?

Sweep appreggios and such. Anybody have any particular exercise methods they use that could speed up my rhythm? It feels like my dickstroking hand isn't moving quite as fast as I my brain wants it to, and it sounds like a slow motion stretch of a cassette tape. Otherwise, I'm flawless in every way. ...
