Off of the CFH album, I would say the Sleep. Something about it...the awesome solo, the way it progresses like Stairway to Heaven.

From Trendkill I think Suicide Note Pt. 1 and 2 pretty much kick ass. You have to listen to them together though, which no one has enough of an attention span to do. I am preaching to the choir though.

I bought the CFH Lightning Dean. It plays pretty fucking good for a midrange guitar. I like the Razorback look too. As far as the comment as never making it as a guitarist, oh well, most of the people my age don't know who Dime is, so when they see that guitar they just say "What the fuck?"...
