... Well he has been endorsed by Spector basses for a while, they used to have a Rex signature bass that is now discontinued, He was also sponsored by fernandes guitars, The fernandes bass was shaped like a "Telecaster" guitar... Ohh, and he always used EMG Pickups in every bass and ampeg ...

well it depends of what you like, type of bass, amp....

if you play metal i would recommend to start with good highs and lows, and keep the mids on the middle. work it out from there, also use the bridge pickup on your bass.

good bass to play metal.
