Re: one year on. +4
dimebag would be dead soon anway even he wasn't murdered. Go back and look at this pictures through the years. By the time he was killed, he looked like total shit anyway. Obviously time played a factor into that but he was so fucking bloated with alcohol, he looked very unhealthy. You don't know t...

I just heard Phil was talking shit about Arbys. It's on the Internet so it must be true. There goes that little sliver of hope for a reunion.

Re: 80's pantera vs 90's metallica
'80s Pantera is pretty bad. I don't consider anything before CFH "real" Pantera. '90s Metallica is a little hit and miss(Reload is solid but unspectacular, and TBA has some amazing songs but also some singles that sounded a little too "polished" and were played to death by radio)...

I got really drunk and listened to three or four Pantera albums that night. I'll admit I got a little choked up during the end of Floods.

Re: Slayer/Megadeth/Anthrax
oh yeah right. Slayer has sold way more records that Megadeth and a lot of people, despite how much Slayer sucks nowadays, think Megadeth is crap. Slayer has the bigger draw, especially for people that arn't metal heads. I wasn't aware that Slayer had sold more records. I just consider them more on...

As much as I love Slayer, I wish Megadeth had headlined too, but that's a minor complaint. I was actually a little surprised Slayer headlined, since I'd consider Megadeth the more successful mainstream band.

I can't count it because I don't consider that the "real" Pantera. I've barely even listened to any of their glam stuff.....God I loathe that genre.

You know you're not gonna get a Deth set without Symphony, Trust, Peace Sells, Darkest Hour, etc.
Now, if they ever played Youthanasia all the way through live, it would pretty much be the greatest thing in the history of civilization.
